Al Buhaira National Insurance Board Clears Appointment of New CEO

01:10 AM EDT, 09/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- The board of Al Buhaira National Insurance (ADX:ABNIC) cleared the appointment of Ahmed Abdelsamie Khalifa Ahmed Hassan as chief executive officer. The Abu Dhabi-listed insurer said on Monday that Hassan's appointment is still subject to the UAE Central Bank's non-objection and other requirements.
