According to reports, it was suggested in the email that the company implements a standard working time system, with a 5-day work week, with a standard daily working time of 8 hours; the check-in time period is 8:30-9:00, and the latest check in time of the day is no later than 9:00; 12:30-14:00 and 18:30-19:00 are designated as rest periods. Not included in effective working hours, employees must meet 8 hours of daily working hours. According to the email, if they need to arrive late in case of an unexpected situation, employees can report to their immediate superior in advance via v-message. The above new attendance regulations apply to all active vivo employees in China, and will be officially implemented on October 8, 2026.
