HSBC Holdings announced that on September 28, 2026, it had purchased 911,000 shares from BNP Paribas Financial Markets SNC at a volume-weighted average price of HK$159.5951 per share. Following the purchase of such shares, the repurchase was completed. Since the beginning of the repurchase, the company has repurchased approximately 31,735,500 shares of common stock from the UK location at a volume-weighted average price of £15.1909, and repurchased 16.916 million shares of common shares from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at a volume-weighted average price of HK$161.2887 per common share for cancellation, at a total cost of approximately US$1 billion.
