Investec to Launch Preference Share Buyback Program

12:10 PM EDT, 09/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Investec Group (INVP.L, INP.JO, INL.JO) is initiating a repurchase offer for up to 20% of its issued preference shares through the order book operated by the Johannesburg bourse. The transactions will start on Tuesday, according to a Monday filing. All repurchased preference shares will be canceled, the financial services group added.
