Shengye (06069) grants 250,000 share options

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Shengye (06069) announced that on September 28, 2026, the Company granted 250,000 share options to an eligible person (share option grantor) to subscribe for shares at an exercise price of HK$5.96 per share, but this can only be realized after the share option grantor has accepted the share purchase rights.
