According to the Zhitong Finance App, Cao Cao Travel (02643) issued an announcement to repurchase 170,000 shares at HK$2,076 million on September 28, 2026.

On September 28, 2026, 1,200 shares were issued as a result of the exercise of share options under the pre-initial public offering share incentive scheme adopted in November 2022.
