The acting governor of the Russian border region Bryansk region, Egor Kovalchuk, reported on September 28 that three railway targets in the state were attacked by the Ukrainian military, and a bridge collapsed after being attacked by a drone, causing 10 ordinary cars and 18 open cars to derail.
