Serica Energy Plans Listing Transfer to London Bourse's Main Market

03:00 AM EDT, 09/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Serica Energy (SQZ.L) plans to transfer its listing to the London stock exchange's main market from the AIM segment, according to a Monday release. The oil and gas company expects the admission to take place before the end of October, subject to approval of the prospectus from the UK's Financial Conduct Authority. Serica Energy noted that it will not raise any funds as part of the process, which is not conditional on shareholder approval.
