The total electricity consumption of member companies decreased by 10.96% year over year. Total self-generation decreased by 5.39% year on year; the proportion of self-generated power generation was 68.53%, up 1.55 percentage points year on year. Clean energy generation increased 18.29% year over year. Among them, wind power generation increased 0.45% year on year; photovoltaic power generation increased 25.86% year on year. Member companies' water consumption increased by 405.18,800 cubic meters year on year, up 0.48% year on year. Among them: the amount of water intake increased by 85,400 cubic meters over the same period of the previous year, an increase of 0.06%; the amount of reuse increased by 404.432 million cubic meters over the same period last year, an increase of 0.48% over the same period last year. The water reuse rate was 98.40%, an increase of 0.01 percentage points over the previous year; the water intake of tons of steel was 2.67 m3/ton, up 6.45% year on year. Member companies' wastewater discharge increased 8.46% year on year, and ammonia nitrogen emissions from wastewater increased by 14.67% year on year; chemical oxygen demand, volatile phenols, total cyanide, suspended matter, and petroleum pollutants decreased by 0.60%, 37.60%, 42.37%, 1.94%, and 23.15%, respectively. Total exhaust gas emissions from member companies decreased by 2.77% year on year, and emissions of sulfur dioxide, particulate matter, and nitrogen oxide in exhaust gas decreased by 12.71%, 15.05%, and 7.84% year on year, respectively. In terms of comprehensive utilization of solid waste, the utilization rate of steel slag, blast furnace slag, and iron-containing sludge all remained above 99%. In terms of the use of combustible gases, the utilization rate of blast furnace gas, converter gas, and coke oven gas remained above 97%.
