On the news, Lepu Biotech announced at the 2026 Annual Meeting of the European Society of Medical Oncology (ESMO Conference 2026): CMG901's positive findings for second-line and later-line (2L+) Claudin 18.2 positive advanced stage or metastatic gastroesophageal cancer (GEC) phase III clinical trials were selected for the Major Research Summary (LBA) and will present a selected paper report at the Chairman's seminar; MRG007 (a potentially best-in-class CDH17 drug conjugate drug for the treatment of colorectal cancer (CRC) The positive results of the Phase I clinical study of ADC (Drug Candidate) were selected for LBA and will be quickly presented orally at the conference.

The positive results of the European phase II study on MRG003 and HX008 combination therapy for locally advanced head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (LA-HNSCC) were selected for rapid oral reporting; and the positive results of the phase II study of MRG003 and HX008 combination therapy for treating epidermal growth factor receptor positive (EGFR positive) unresectable anaplastic/underdifferentiated thyroid cancer were selected for rapid oral report.
