Schroders Capital Global Innovation Posts Results of Oversubscribed Share Tender Offer

04:56 AM EDT, 09/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Schroders Capital Global Innovation Trust (INOV.L) posted the results of a share tender offer to return capital of 23.5 million pounds sterling, less costs. The British asset manager will purchase 124,276,792 ordinary shares after receiving valid tenders for 457,274,764 shares representing 72% of its issued capital, according to a Friday release. The tender offer was launched in May as part of the company's managed wind-down. Following completion, the company will have 511,085,133 shares in issue.
