Huber+Suhner to Buy Motion Applied's Connected Intelligence Business

The Swiss electrical and optical connectivity group said Friday the deal aligns with its rail communications growth plan and its strategy of investing in technology-driven markets. Completion is subject to the approval of relevant regulators, among other conditions.
