KlaraBo Sverige Confirms Completion of Conditions for Statutory Merger with Sveafastigheter

01:27 AM EDT, 09/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- KlaraBo Sverige (KLARA-B.ST) said Thursday that all conditions required for completing its statutory merger with fellow real estate group Sveafastigheter (SVEAF.ST) have been met. As such, closing of the statutory merger is anticipated on Sept. 30, with Sveafastigheter to be the surviving entity. KlaraBo Sverige noted that the last day of trading in its class B shares on Nasdaq Stockholm is set for Sept. 28. The distribution of the merger consideration to KlaraBo Sverige shareholders and trading of new Sveafastigheter class B shares is expected on Oct. 5.
