European Commission Approves Kesko's Purchase of Dahl Companies in Sweden, Norway, Denmark

12:40 AM EDT, 09/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Kesko (KESKOA.HE, KESKOB.HE) said Thursday that it secured European Commission approval to acquire technical trade operator Dahl's companies in Sweden, Norway and Denmark. The Finnish trading sector-focused company is purchasing the companies from French construction and infrastructure materials manufacturer Compagnie de Saint-Gobain (SGO.PA). The deal has secured other applicable regulatory approvals earlier. Completion is expected by the end of 2026, subject to remaining terms and conditions.
