Tianshi Resources (08028): Chung Wai-keung re-appointed as Chairman of the Nomination Committee

Zhitong Finance App News, Tianshi Resources (08028) announced that Mr. Lin Guiren (Mr. Lin) retired as an independent non-executive director at the end of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on September 24, 2026.

With the retirement of Mr. Lin as an independent non-executive director, Mr. Lin also ceased to be a member and chairman of the Company's Nomination Committee, as well as a member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee respectively.

Dr. Chung Wai Keung (Independent Non-Executive Director and Member of the Nomination Committee) will be re-appointed as Chairman of the Nomination Committee of the Company after the end of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on September 24, 2026 after Mr. Lam retires.
