According to the Zhitong Finance App, Xinzhoubang (300037.SZ) announced that the company is in the process of applying for the issuance of overseas listed foreign shares (H shares) and listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited (“Hong Kong Stock Exchange”). On September 24, 2026, the company received the “Notice on the Filing of the Overseas Issuance and Listing of Shenzhen Xinzhoubang Technology Co., Ltd.” issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (“China Securities Regulatory Commission”). The company plans to issue no more than 96.3299 million overseas listed common shares and list them on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
