The details are as follows; - Dividend payment of Baht 0.91 per share, totaling approximately Baht 25,776 million, will be paid out from the unappropriated retained earnings in the part of PTT's net profit which is subject to 20% corporate income tax wherein individual shareholders shall be entitled to a dividend tax credit in the computation of tax under Section 47 bis of the Revenue Code - Dividend payment of Baht 0.49 per share, totaling approximately Baht 13,879 million, will be paid out from the unappropriated retained earnings in the part of dividend received from PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited which is subject to 50% petroleum income tax wherein individual shareholders shall not be entitled to a dividend tax credit in the computation of tax under Section 47 bis of the Revenue Code ______________________________________________________________________ The company hereby certifies that the information above is correct and complete.
