Sport Clubs Co. Leases Land to Develop New Sport Club in Saudi Arabia

01:52 AM EDT, 09/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Sport Clubs Co. (SASE:6018) leased land in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, to develop a new Body Masters-branded sports club, according to a Thursday filing. The 3,500-square-meter plot was leased from Al Arab Al Haditha Real Estate Co. under a 20-year term, which will begin on Jan. 1, 2028, preceded by a rent-free period of 15 months ending Dec. 31, 2027, for design, construction, and building works. The lease value is 34.8 million Saudi riyals.
