Nuocheng Jianhua (09969): Reached a strategic research cooperation and licensing agreement with Eli Lilly to develop new drugs

Zhitong Finance App News, Nuocheng Jianhua (09969) announced that the company has reached a strategic research cooperation and licensing agreement with Eli Lilly, the world's leading pharmaceutical company, to develop new drugs. Under the agreement, the company will use its proprietary drug development platform and extensive research experience to develop and advance compounds targeting up to five targets to meet critical unmet medical needs.

According to the terms of the agreement, the company will be eligible to receive up to $100 million in down payments and recent payments, as well as development and commercialization milestone payments of up to US$3.25 billion. The relevant payments must meet the applicable conditions and relevant milestone requirements. Additionally, the company will be eligible to charge a single-digit percentage tiered royalty based on the product's annual net sales.
