Quadient to Sell UK Open Locker Network to IDS Holdco

12:10 AM EDT, 09/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Quadient (QDT.PA) agreed to sell its UK open locker network to IDS Holdco after completing a strategic review of the business and receiving board approval. The deal values the business at an enterprise value of 65 million euros and is expected to close by the end of 2026, the French automation company said Wednesday. Quadient also launched the sale process for its Japanese and North American locker businesses, except for its smaller European private locker network. The process is expected to reduce capital expenditure by 120 million euros over the next five years.
