According to Zhitong Finance App, Bank of China Gold Rental (01606) announced that the company, as the buyer, signed a product purchase agreement with the seller Guangdong Shuhuan Zhilian Technology Co., Ltd. on September 23, 2026 (after the transaction period). Based on this, the seller agreed to sell to the buyer and the buyer agreed to purchase the subject of the procurement, at a total cost of about RMB 6.484 billion.

The subject of the procurement was information technology computer equipment. The total value of the subject matter of the procurement was determined to be approximately RMB 6.484 billion based on the market price of the subject matter of the procurement, and after the Company's internal evaluation process. The seller does not separately account for pre-tax and after-tax profits of the subject matter of the purchase.
