IM Cannabis Corp. ("IMCC" or the "Company") (Nasdaq: IMCC), today announced that it has entered into a non-binding Letter of Intent (the "LOI") to acquire 51% of the issued and outstanding equity securities of Space Defense Innovations LLC, a Polish limited liability company ("SDI"), on a fully diluted basis.
