Aterian Issues New Shares Under Loan Notes Conversion

05:57 AM EDT, 09/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Aterian (ATN.L) will issue 90,000 new ordinary shares after receiving a notice to convert 22,500 pounds sterling of convertible loan notes. The transaction will be carried out at a conversion price of 0.25 pound per share, according to a Wednesday release. Following admission of the shares to the London bourse's main market, which is expected by Sept. 28, the exploration and development company will have 20,150,000 shares in issue.
