According to Zhitong Finance App, Jin Rong Tianyu (300988.SZ) announced that the company signed the “Jiaxing Shanghe Shaozhang Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) Partnership Agreement” with Beijing Shanghe Momentum Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. and other limited partners on September 23, 2026. The target subscription scale for the Jiaxing Shanghe Shaozhang Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) is 86.2 million yuan. As a limited partner, the company subscribes to 5.80% of the partnership's fund share with its own capital of 5 million yuan.

The purpose of the partnership was to invest in shares in Beijing Tongjia Hongrui Technology Co., Ltd. and carry out related activities. Other than investing in the target company, the partnership cannot invest in other projects. The main business of Beijing Tongjia Hongrui Technology Co., Ltd. is pan-semiconductor vacuum pumps and vacuum technology equipment; the fund's investment funds will mainly be used for R&D and expansion of the target company's existing business and other purposes approved by the target company's board of directors or shareholders' meeting.
