InstallatørGruppen to Buy Danish Technical Contractor Poul Sejr Nielsen

02:19 AM EDT, 09/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- InstallatørGruppen (IG.CO) agreed to buy Poul Sejr Nielsen Service and Poul Sejr Nielsen EL from Poul Sejr Nielsen Holding to expand its footprint in Denmark's North Zealand and Greater Copenhagen area. Under the agreement, the Danish technical installations group will acquire Poul Sejr Nielsen's electrical and plumbing operations, adding expertise in areas including district heating, lighting and light-emitting diodes, and energy optimization, according to a Wednesday release. Following completion, which is subject to approval from the competition authorities, Poul Sejr Nielsen will continue as an independently run company under its current management.
