The shareholder of Shanghai Pingyi Jinyuan Venture Capital Center (limited partnership) (“Pingyi Jinyuan”), which holds 4.67% of the shares, plans to reduce the total holdings of the company's shares by no more than 3% of the company's total share capital through centralized bidding transactions and bulk transactions within 90 natural days after the announcement was issued, that is, no more than 2.055 million shares.
