Naseej International Trading Raises SAR36 Million via Rump Offering

09:05 AM EDT, 09/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Naseej International Trading Co. (SASE:1213) raised 36.4 million Saudi riyals after it finalized a rump offering of shares. The carpet manufacturer sold 2,966,043 shares at an average price of 12.28 riyals apiece, according to a Tuesday release. The company added that 9,875.96 fractional shares were also sold. Naseej International Trading will deposit the shares into shareholder accounts on Sept. 27.
