Zhitong Finance App News, World University Holdings (08003) issued an announcement. On September 22, 2026 (after the trading period), the Company entered into a second supplementary agreement (second supplementary agreement) with the subscriber to revise the subscription price applicable to the second batch of subscription items. The subscription price for the second batch of 16 million subscribed shares will be changed from HK$0.075 per subscribed share to HK$0.078 per subscribed share (revised subscription price).

The company has applied to the Stock Exchange to resume share trading from 9:00 a.m. on September 23, 2026.
