North China Co., Ltd. (600262.SH): Tevo Shanghai plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 3%

According to Zhitong Finance App News, North China Co., Ltd. (600262.SH) announced that due to its own capital requirements, shareholder TEVO (Shanghai) Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd. (“TEVO Shanghai”) plans to reduce its total holdings by no more than 7.14 million shares (3% of the total share capital) during the period from October 23, 2026 to January 22, 2027 (that is, within 3 months after 15 trading days from the date of disclosure of this holdings reduction plan).
