Five departments including the Ministry of Commerce adjusted the “Management Catalogue for the Export of Chemicals Easy to Produce Drugs to Specific Countries (Regions)”

The Zhitong Finance App learned that in order to further improve the export management of drug-prone chemicals, according to the “Interim Administrative Provisions on the Export of Drug-prone Chemicals to Specific Countries (Regions)”, the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Emergency Management, the General Administration of Customs, and the State Drug Administration decided to adjust the “Management Catalogue for Export of Toxically-Prone Chemicals to Specific Countries (Regions)”, adding 2 types, including 1-phenethyl-4-oxo-3-piperidinecarboxylic acid methyl ester and 1-phenethyl-4-oxo-3-piperidinecarboxylic acid ethyl ester, to Annex 1.

The adjusted “Catalogue for the Management of Chemicals Easy to Produce Drugs for Export to Specific Countries (Regions)” is now being published. From the date of publication of this notice, those exporting chemicals listed in Part 1 of Annex 1 to the United States, Mexico, and Canada, and those exporting chemicals listed in Part 2 of Annex 1 to Myanmar, Laos, and Afghanistan shall apply for permission in accordance with the “Interim Administrative Provisions on the Export of Chemicals Prone to Specific Countries (Regions)”, and there is no need to apply for a license to export to other countries (regions).
