The Beijing Municipal Development and Reform Commission, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology and other departments issued a notice on issuing certain measures to encourage enterprises recycling waste power batteries in Beijing to standardize healthy development. Among them, it is pointed out that in conjunction with the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei “six chains and seven groups” industrial collaborative work promotion mechanism, integrated planning with the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei intelligent connected NEV industry cluster will be strengthened to jointly promote the development of the regional waste power battery recycling industry. 13. Encourage and guide power battery manufacturers and waste power battery recycling enterprises in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region to strengthen cooperation to promote recycling of waste power batteries nearby. 14. Relying on the national NEV power battery traceability information platform, we promote data sharing and industrial collaborative development on the layout, transfer flow, and comprehensive utilization of production capacity of waste power batteries in the three regions.
