Spie Issues EUR500 Million Senior Notes, Plans Early Redemption of 2028 Notes

02:47 AM EDT, 09/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Spie (SPIE.PA) placed 500 million euros of 4.875% senior notes due 2032 and unveiled plans to repurchase 388 million euros of outstanding debt due 2028. The French multi-technical services company said Tuesday the new notes will be settled on Sept. 28. Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes and to help refinance debt, including the repurchase offer. Meanwhile, the reverse bookbuilding for the notes due Jan. 17, 2028, will close later in the deal, with pricing set for Thursday. The early redemption of the sustainability-linked bonds is expected on Oct. 22, 2026.
