Arlington Capital Partners' Acquisition of Gooch & Housego to Close in Mid-October

02:37 AM EDT, 09/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Gooch & Housego's (GHH.L) planned acquisition by Arlington Capital Partners VII is expected to close on Oct. 16, the optical components and systems manufacturer said Tuesday. The deal, which has already been approved by the companies' shareholders and has received regulatory approvals, is conditional upon the court sanctioning the scheme. The court hearing is scheduled for Oct. 14. Arlington Capital Partners VII is acquiring Gooch & Housego through Greenlight Bidco.
