Umm Al Qura for Development Signs Sale Deal for Saudi Arabian Land Plot

01:44 AM EDT, 09/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Umm Al Qura for Development and Construction Co. (SASE:4325) signed a sale agreement with Numu Co. for a land plot in Masar Destination in Saudi Arabia. The 3,835-square-meter plot, which was valued at 220.6 million Saudi riyals, will be used for a hospitality tower project, according to a Tuesday release. The real estate developer added that the agreement is related to a previous reservation deal for the asset.
