Zhitong Finance App News, Guangdong Pearl (600382.SH) issued an announcement. Guangdong Pearl Group Mining Co., Ltd. (“Pearl Mining”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, received an “Administrative Penalty Decision” from the Heyuan Emergency Management Bureau due to the fact that the Jiaoyuan Nangou Tailings Depot's total dam was 1 meter high, and issued a warning and fined a total of 94,000 yuan; Zhu Haitao, the main person in charge of Pearl Mining, and Xiao Yuquan, deputy general manager of Pearl Mining, issued warnings and fines of 62,000 yuan and 15,000 yuan respectively. Pearl Mining and related responsible persons have strictly complied with the requirements of the penalty decision and paid the fine in full.

As of the announcement disclosure date, Pearl Mining's Jiaoyuan Nangou Tailings Depot had resumed tailings and iron powder production, and the production and operation activities of the company's main business had returned to normal. During the period when Pearl Mining's Jiaoyuan Nangou Tailings Depot stopped finishing, the company's iron powder production and sales declined in the third quarter of 2026, which is expected to have a significant adverse impact on the company's overall cash flow and operating profit in the third quarter of 2026.
