According to Zhitong Finance App, Jinmao Technology (300334.SZ) announced that Gaoxin Investment and Development Co., Ltd. (“Gaoxin Investment”), the shareholder holding 5% or more of the company's shares, plans to reduce the company's shares by no more than 3,0207 million shares (i.e., no more than 1% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding transactions within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement (that is, October 21, 2026 to January 20, 2027).
