Tiff's Treats Launches Its First Gluten Friendly Cookie After More Than Three Years of Recipe Development

The new Gluten Friendly Chocolate Chip Cashew Cookie answers years of customer requests with a recipe more than three years in the making.

A gluten friendly cookie has been one of the brand's most consistent customer requests over the years, but Tiff's Treats didn't want to introduce one simply to check a box. The team spent more than three years developing and refining the recipe, repeatedly returning to the drawing board until it delivered the taste and texture expected from a Tiff's Treats cookie.

The new Gluten Friendly cookie includes gluten free flour, cashew flour, cashew pieces, coconut flakes and chocolate chips, baked fresh and delivered warm.
