Aterian to Issue New Shares for Loan Notes Conversion

08:46 AM EDT, 09/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Aterian (ATN.L) said Monday it will issue 360,000 shares for the conversion of 90,000 pounds sterling of outstanding convertible loan notes. The conversion will be carried out at 0.25 pound per share and will increase the critical metals exploration company's ordinary shares in issue to 20,060,000, each carrying one voting right.
