The company's subsidiary Fujian Keda New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. signed an investment cooperation agreement with the Tumo Teyouqi People's Government. The content of the project is that Fujian Keda New Energy plans to invest about 4.5 billion yuan (including working capital) in Baotou Tuyou New Industrial Park to build an integrated graphite anode material integration project with an annual output of 500,000 tons, to jointly guide high-quality enterprises in the industrial chain to jointly build the Fujian Keda New Energy Inner Mongolia Science and Technology R&D Center, and promote the construction of Fujian Keda New Energy's northern headquarters in due course.
