Jiayi Co., Ltd. (301004.SZ) plans to invest 100 million yuan in Shunyuan Jiayi Venture Capital Fund

(301004.SZ) announced that the company plans to jointly fund the establishment of Shunyuan Jiayi (Jiaxing) Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) (tentative name) with Shunyuan (Beijing) Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd., and natural person Jiang Tao. The total amount of capital to be pledged by the partnership is 102 million yuan, of which the company, as a limited partner, has pledged 100 million yuan with its own capital, accounting for 99.98% of the total pledged capital.

The partnership will focus on artificial intelligence applications for the physical world and related smart equipment, equipment and other terminal carriers, as well as high-quality projects in advanced manufacturing, focus on investment opportunities brought about by technology iteration, domestic substitution, and industrial digitalization, and consider the application and collaboration opportunities of related technologies and products in the company's manufacturing, supply chain management, and upstream and downstream industrial chains.
