Ganneng Co., Ltd. (000899.SZ) plans to transfer 1% of Ganneng Electric's shares for 18.295,800 yuan

Zhitong Finance App News, Ganneng Shares (000899.SZ) announced that the company plans to transfer 1% of Ganneng Electric's shares held by China Power Engineering Consulting Group Zhongnan Electric Power Design Institute Co., Ltd., the minority shareholder of the company's holding subsidiary Jiangxi Ganneng Shanggao Power Generation Co., Ltd. (“Ganneng Power”). The transaction price is 18.295,800 yuan. The company currently holds 51% of Ganneng Electric's shares. If the transaction is completed, the company's shareholding ratio of Ganneng Electric Power will increase to 52%.
