Zhitong Finance App News, China Software International (00354) issued an announcement. Recently, the Group successfully won the bid for the “2025 Guangdong Industrial Exchange Pilot Plant Shenzhen AI-Assisted Manufacturability Design and Construction Project” (hereinafter referred to as “this project”). The total bid amount reached RMB 16.643 million (tax included). The final amount is subject to the signing of the contract.
This project is one of the key projects for the implementation of the National Artificial Intelligence Application Pilot Base (in the direction of mobile terminals). As the construction and service provider for this project, the Group will build a complete capability system of “1 AI simulation platform+1 intelligent verification system with production line end side intelligent verification system+5 sets of high quality skill data sets and 5 L2 scenario models” for mobile terminal intelligent assembly scenarios in the consumer sector, and create flexible operation demonstration scenarios from simulation design to manufacturing.
Winning the bid is a high recognition of the Group's comprehensive strength in the fields of artificial intelligence, industrial simulation, embodied intelligence and complex system integration. It is of great significance for the company to deepen its “AI+ manufacturing” strategic layout and enhance its position in the industrial intelligence circuit industry.
First, this project is a key part of the national artificial intelligence application pilot base (mobile terminal direction) construction system, marking the Group's deep participation in the construction of a national AI pilot platform. The project uses AI-assisted manufacturability design and embodied intelligence to achieve a closed loop of the “design-simulation-verification-manufacturing” chain. It will effectively promote the transformation of the manufacturing R&D paradigm from “experience-driven” to “data+model-driven”, and has strong technical leadership and demonstration effects.
Second, winning the bid for this project further consolidated the Group's market position in the core area of intelligent manufacturing in the Pearl River Delta region. As the highland of the national manufacturing and electronic information industry, Guangdong has strong demand for AI simulation, physical intelligence, and flexible manufacturing capabilities. The successful implementation of this project will set a benchmark model for the Group in vertical industries such as consumer electronics, smart terminals, and high-end equipment, and enhance the company's brand influence in the digital transformation service market in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
Third, the AI simulation platform, high-quality data set, L2 scenario model, and production-side intelligent verification system formed in this project are highly replicable. Relevant capabilities can be migrated and promoted to more manufacturing scenarios, laying a solid foundation for the company to subsequently expand the same type of customers, replicate benchmark projects, and build a large-scale commercial closed loop.
Fourth, this project fully reflects the Group's end-to-end delivery capabilities as a general integrator and service provider. The company will integrate diverse capabilities such as AI simulation platforms, data engineering, model training, and physical intelligent production line verification, and collaborate with industry chain partners under the leadership of Unicom (Guangdong) Industrial Internet Co., Ltd. to form a standardized and systematic industrial intelligence delivery methodology, and continue to strengthen the company's comprehensive competitiveness in the field of AI+ advanced manufacturing.
