Green Tea Group (06831): Xu Ruijie resigns as non-executive director

Zhitong Finance App News, Green Tea Group (06831) issued an announcement. Ms. Xu Ruijie has resigned as a non-executive director of the Company due to her work schedule. Her resignation will take effect from September 21, 2026.

The board of directors was recently notified by Partners Group Gourmet House Limited (Partners Gourmet), a shareholder of the Company, that Partners Gourmet recently sold all of its shares in the Company through OTC transactions (this sale). Following the completion of this sale, Partners Gourmet no longer holds any shares in the Company.
