Deutsche Bank Plans Additional Tier 1 Capital Instruments Issue

04:26 AM EDT, 09/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Deutsche Bank (DBK.F) plans to issue additional tier 1 capital instruments in denominations of 200,000 euros, according to a Monday release. The benchmark-sized issuance is intended to support the German bank's leverage ratio as well as its tier 1 and total capital solvency ratios. The issuance is intended to have a first call date on Oct. 30, 2033.
