The internal seller requested the company to pay the final balance of the share transfer and interest on overdue payments totaling 177 million yuan, and cooperated to cancel the share pledge registration and confirm that Song Cheng and Yin Qi are not subject to competition restrictions. The first trial in this case has yet to be heard.
