Pennant International Group Obtains Loan from Major Shareholder

04:01 AM EDT, 09/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Pennant International Group (PEN.L) said Monday that it secured a short-term loan of up to 600,000 pounds sterling from its major shareholder, Brett Gordon. The London-listed systems support software and training solutions company is planning an immediate drawdown of 400,000 pounds from the loan, which is subject to a 10% annual interest rate. Pennant said the loan will cut its previously increased bank overdraft facility to 1 million pounds from 1.4 million pounds.
