Craneware Enters Cyber Breach Remediation Process; Near-term Financial Outlook Resets

The healthcare-focused software company said Monday the unauthorized access and exfiltration involved a subset of the internal data environment and was contained with no disruptions to customer services or the company's core operations. Some employee, customer and partner records were also affected. The group expects the remediation process to run over several financial periods. As such, Craneware reset its near-term financial expectations, including annual recurring revenue to be steady at $185 million.
