MedPal AI Raises GBP5 Million from Share Issuance

03:00 AM EDT, 09/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- MedPal AI (MPAL.L, Z1N.F) said Monday that it conditionally raised 5 million pounds sterling from the issuance of 100 million new ordinary shares. The artificial intelligence-native digital health and pharmacy group earmarked the net proceeds of 4.7 million pounds from the issuance as working capital for its medication stock and the expansion of its GLP-1 line. In addition to the shares it issued for the share placement, the company issued 3 million new shares at the placing price to advisers in exchange for a cash payment of 150,000 pounds.
