Arbonia Sells Business Center in Switzerland for CHF 21 Million

The transaction was carried out through the acceptance of the most recent offer for the fully leased business center from an unnamed buyer. The interior doors company signed a five-year lease with an option for a five-year extension to remain in the property. Arbonia said the sale is part of the review of its property portfolio amid a focus on core operational business.
