Insili Intelligence (03696): Reached a contract worth up to tens of millions of dollars for AI joint development cooperation to build and commercialize basic biological models

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Insili Intelligence (03696) announced that the company has reached a contract amount of up to tens of millions of dollars with a cutting-edge basic model laboratory. Under the agreement, the two sides will jointly develop, verify and commercialize a series of cutting-edge basic models designed specifically for biological research, based on the MMAI Gym training framework.

According to the terms of cooperation, the two sides will deeply integrate their respective advantages and build a dedicated basic model for generative biology. Insili Intelligence will provide proprietary data sets covering a number of specialized life science tasks and conduct closed-loop wet experimental verification of the results generated by the basic model during training. Furthermore, the two sides have established a revenue sharing model to promote global commercialization, relying on their respective partner networks in the biomedical field.
